Her skill, professionalism, and attention to detail have enabled her to quickly develop a reputation and following for her Dare To Go Brazilian™ Bikini Waxing services, as well as… building a loyal clientele of professionals who value a high level of attention. Her true talent in the spa industry wasn’t discovered until she began working at a salon while attending Alverno College. It was there she was introduced to skincare, and her passion for the world of beauty began! After falling in love with her new-found obsession, Susan has immersed herself in the world of skincare, and prides herself on the “back to basics” philosophy to achieve beautiful skin. Between on-location events, blogging, photo shoots and serving as an educator, Susan offers her services by “appointment only” to a devoted clientele who want and deserve exceptional beauty treatments.

Cancellation Policy

At Clean Slate Spa, we aim to provide unparalleled service, so please be on time to enjoy the full length of your service. In an effort to respect everyone’s time and busy schedules, including clients with appointments scheduled after yours, late arrivals can use their remaining time to enjoy their service or reschedule for another day. However, a reschedule is treated as a no-show and the cost of the service still applies. Please try to avoid stress in your life and allow ample time to arrive and relax. When booking an appointment at Clean Slate Spa, a booking fee is required to secure your slot. This fee is completely refundable if you cancel your appointment before the 24-hour cancellation period. However, it is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment. Upon completion of your service, this fee is applied to your total service cost at your final checkout. If you need to cancel your appointment within 4 hours of your service, you will be charged 50% of your total service(s) and a cancellation under 1 hour and a no-show is charged 100% of the total service. These fees will be automatically charged to your credit card on file. If you are using a gift card/voucher for final payment, please reach out to me to book your appointment, so that you can avoid paying the booking fee. The late cancellation and no show policy is still in place and any fees incurred from that policy will be deducted from your gift card/voucher. Due to undeliverable texts and emails, I do not accept any cancellations through email or text. Please locate your appointment confirmation (email/text) and click the link to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation fees MUST be paid prior to your next appointment. Please understand these policies are not personal, but do affect the livelihood of successfully running an independent, small business.
